Writing

For as long as I have loved reading, I have loved writing, and it is a deep love of mythical worlds and complex characters that has brought about the creation of, Pawn – The Gathering Storm, the working title for the first book in a planned series.

Pawn reflects elements of treachery, love, a moral code to which not all subscribe, avarice, strong women rising to power in male dominated spheres, betrayal, and war, all set against the backdrop of a mythical Realm called Torren. 

And of course, my love of reading continues to this day. I always seem to have a few on the go, both fiction and non-fiction. Some of my favourite authors include Diana Gabaldon, George R.R. Martin, Deborah Harkness, Bernard Cornwell, Andrzej Sapkowski, Simon Sinek, Brené Brown, and Amy Harmon, to name a few.
